Yeast-Free Chocolate Pecan Christmas Cookies Recipe

We have the perfect solution for you – our Yeast-Free Chocolate Pecan Christmas Cookies!
Ingredients:
3 egg whites
1 cup Sweet-N-Natural
¼ cup cocoa
1 cup pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat egg whites until stiff, gradually adding Sweet-N-Natural.
Fold in cocoa and pecans.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Put in 350 degree oven and turn oven off immediately.
Let cool 2 hours or take out the next morning.
Remove from pan.
Variations:
Substitute almond flavoring and slivered almonds, leaving out the cocoa.
Substitute coconut flavoring and coconut.
Substitute lemon flavoring and pistachio nuts.
