If you’re currently participating in the 28-Day Slim Down, wonderful! Congratulations on committing to eating real, whole foods for 28 days! Because we believe snacking is a vital part to surviving (and thriving!) on the 28-Day Slim Down, we wanted to help you out and share some of our best snack ideas.
Slim-Down Approved Snacks:
- Celery sticks with almond butter
- Apple slices with almond butter
- Fresh veggies with hummus
- Cocommune Bar
- Unsweetened applesauce
- Hard-boiled egg
- Sliced avocado with salt and pepper
- Fruit kabobs (after one month)
- Yeast-Free Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
- Yeast-Free Cinnamon Roll Smoothie
- Handful of almonds, cashews or walnuts
- Fresh berries sprinkled with Sweet-N-Natural
